• Fullstack across Flutter, Next.js, and Django/DRF on a SaaS platform for craftsmen — 150+ users across multiple franchise companies and ~€1M monthly revenue, in a 5-person team
• Built an AI integration that turns customer feedback into actionable support tasks (e.g. a reported leak becomes an inspection with photo evidence), significantly speeding up feedback resolution
• Led the migration from an internal tool to an external franchising product — alongside a backend framework switch — delivered under a 3-month deadline
• Built a configurable Kanban project view with fast filtering plus a dynamic, user-defined category system for organizing and sorting entities
• Integrated external ERP/CPQ systems and a dynamic SharePoint file-sharing layer via the Microsoft Graph API and workflow automations
• Built multi-type chat (Firebase) with SuprSend push notifications, removing a per-worker messaging license cost versus MS Teams
• Ownership beyond role: technical interviews, mentoring interns, and stabilizing codebases

• Shipped a cross-platform learning app and a 360° feedback feature to 1,000+ B2B users — the feedback feature became a key selling point that won deals
• Built a push notification system from scratch (n8n + GraphQL + OneSignal) — still in production, sending 2–3 personalized notifications per user daily
• Architected the team's largest project, an AI content generator with new async communication streams, cutting content creation from hours to ~10 minutes
