Shipping across Flutter, Next.js, and Django on a craftsmen SaaS used by 150+ users across franchise companies (~€1M monthly revenue). Recent work includes AI rework planning for the field, Firebase team chat with mobile push, and leading a three-month internal-to-franchise rollout with a new backend and multi-tenant model.
